THESE PRICES EXCLUDE BUILDING PERMIT FEE, SERVICED LAND FEE, GOVENMENT TAX FEES ANY OTHER FEE THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION LOCATION AND TYPE.
